Thanks :) . Very good question. You have two possibilities -1- book any hotel you want however make sure they carry the bag for you. They usually do it when you check-in. I was last time in Imerovigli and I met the concierge/hotel manager at the nearby parking spot. He carried my bag, no worries. the only issue is that they don't usually do that on check out, so make sure to add that as a request in the comment section of the messages to send to the hotel -2- you book a hotel with a direct parking spot. Usually, they are more expensive because having parking and a view is a huge bonus. Have a look at these hotels below where they usually take the luggage for you THIRA www.booking.com/hotel/gr/aria-suites.en-gb.html?aid=910579&no_rooms=1&group_adults=2&label=YT www.booking.com/hotel/gr/limestone.en-gb.html?aid=910579&no_rooms=1&group_adults=2&label=YT or (no view but nearby street parking) www.booking.com/hotel/gr/hill-suites.en-gb.html?aid=910579&no_rooms=1&group_adults=2&label=YT OIA www.booking.com/hotel/gr/nano-oia-canaves.en-gb.html?aid=910579&no_rooms=1&group_adults=2&label=YT www.booking.com/hotel/gr/thirea-suites.en-gb.html?aid=910579&no_rooms=1&group_adults=2&label=YT or easy/free parking on site www.booking.com/hotel/gr/sunday-suites.en-gb.html?aid=910579&no_rooms=1&group_adults=2&label=YT Enjoy your trip

Where would you say is the best neighbourhood in OR outside of city to stay long term (1 year) to settle down for western expats, who like it more quiet, less traffic, a park near by. Nice apartments, cafes, restaurants. But away from all the hustle and bustle?

Hi there thanks for this video. Very beautiful island ! As two French women disappeared there 2 months ago do u think is it possible that they fell ? because I looked at many pictures on google and I don't have the impression that we can fall from a height… moreover, after numerous searches, no trace of the two women... except the vegetation is not dense... maybe you know a dense place?

I've visited both cities multiple times. Prague is definitely more crowded and touristy. However, Prague was one of the largest cities in Europe long before Budapest even formally existed. So if you're interested in history, Prague is the clear winner, though Budapest also has some impressive monuments and buildings, it's just that they're more recent (mostly 19th-century neo-Gothic style). If you enjoy beer, Prague is the place to go. If you prefer wine, Budapest is your place. You won’t regret visiting either but if I had to pick just one, it would be Prague. That being said, I like Budapest's relaxed vibe. There's also less scammers and beggars.

Renting a car has its costs, the same as travelling by public transportation. Cost-wise, if planned in advance, I personally do not see any difference if travelling in 2 people. The car becomes more convenient if in a group of 3 or more. The sooner you rent a car the better prices you get, same with public transportation although if planned at the last minute you may not even find a seat on a train or bus (July and August are bad for public transportation). During peak season, finding local transportation becomes a real challenge and taxis make the most out of it (read possible scam, very annoying). The cost along the way, besides the rental cost, is petrol (budget 2Euro/l, on average you need 1 litre every 12-17Km based on the type of road), highways, where available, are mostly free except on the north coast near Messina (neglectable cost). Parking when visiting the location, is between 2 and 10 Euro based on the place, some are free. Include the full insurance to avoid any damage cost. That's pretty much it. Enjoy your drive

As a son of a Sicilian mother, I can tell you that the vast majority of the garbage and filth you see on the streets is the product of the migrant invasion there. These people are filthy, they treat their public and private spaces similarly to how they live in Somalia, Libya, and any other part of the world where they come from. Disgusting behaviour to say the least 🤢 And before you hurl accusations of racism at me, let me tell you that I have witnessed all this filth first hand on a two month stay in Modica.

Do you have any recommendations for visitors who are planning to rent a car but have no experience driving on the left? Is it manageable or should they avoid renting altogether to be stress-free?
@StefanoFerro
@StefanoFerro 2 ай бұрын
@alexkar7511 If you are not used to the left side, I usually suggest taking it easy and trying to follow other cars. Sometimes, it is better to stop on the side and wait for other cars. Following the flow is so much easier than leading the flow. Also, if suddenly you don't know if you are on the correct side, stop immediately. There is a good probability you are driving on the wrong side. After a couple of days, you will master it, and I would not worry too much. If it's your really first time, I would also suggest renting an automatic car. No gears means one less problem to think about. Keep in mind you will use the other hand to change gears. Renting or non renting is a personal thing. There are places in Malta that you can't reach by bus, and if you can, it may take 2 or 3 times more than with a car. Of course, a bus is less stressful. Enjoy Malta and let me know how it goes, if you decide to rent a car.

Hi Dear, Your KZbin channel is amazing, and the video section of your KZbin channel is great. But views and subscribers are much lower. To increase subscribers and views you need to do channel SEO. Your title is not SEO-friendly. Very low SEO score. The main reason why videos go viral is Due to video SEO and organic promotion. Your channel will get lots of views and subscribers if you do SEO and promotion We can talk about it if you want!

Can we rent a Car with a Debit card or does it have to be a Credit card?
@StefanoFerro

Typically, you need a credit card. In saying that, there are a few rentals that accept debit cards, although with a much larger deposit. I wrote on the same subject for a different country, Costa Rica, ma the basics are exactly the same. Have a look. You can certainly go on top of the cable car, it's actually great fun for kids. Then it's really up to you. You can take the 4x4 bus as I did in the video, that's easygoing. From there you can do an easy walk around led by the guide. The other crater on the way back requires a bit of a climb which I would not do with a 2y old kid but you can easily skip that. WHerever you go you will have an amazing view. Enjoy

Hi, I am planning to rent a car from Barcelona airport and drive to Lourdes in France is that possible?
@StefanoFerro
@StefanoFerro 2 ай бұрын
It is, but you need to make sure the renter allows to take the car outside Spain. There is usually an extra fee (around 50 Euros, but it could be less). Check the rental conditions. It’s all mentioned there, at least on the website I suggested in the video description. Enjoy your drive 🚗

Hi Stefano, my friend and I are off to Sicily on Friday, so this was a very helpful video - thank you. But , as others have mentioned below a UK drivers licence IS valid in Italy and therefore all insurance will be too. Perhaps you could update your video to reflect this fact ? I researched this thoroughly whilst planning our trip, so your video completely freaked me ( as I am sure it did others) when you said that our licenses were not valid....x

Thanks Jo, you are 100% correct. I did realise the mistake too late, but unfortunately, KZbin doesn't allow you to "modify" the video.. I wrote it in the video description in big letters, that usually helps. I agree on insuring before the trip Cheers
