Thank you for the amazing drone footage and rental car information! It's beneficial. I plan to rent a car in Sicily in June. You capture breathtaking landscapes with your drone, but what procedures must I follow to use a drone in Italy? Or is it not necessary?

They change regularly. There are a few common to most countries like you cannot use it over events, for example, and others more specific. I suggest you check the official websites and not trust any suggestions or comments on social media. All the best for your trip 😜

Petrol cars are usually cheaper. Milan and Rome airports have a better choice of EV but I would say it is still not a developed market

Stefano, I was reading your guide tour, I would like to do a road trip from Milan to Portofino, cinque terre, Pisa, maybe Toscany and finally Florence. The plan is to rent a car one way from Milan to Florence from airport to airport. Would you recommend me public transportation or a car rental?

I would not rent a car till Pisa. You can easily reach these destinations by train. In fact, parking is not going to be easy in either Portofino or Cinque Terre. I would definitely rent a car to explore Tuscany because the countryside is really what you want to experience, even more than the cities (my opinion). Btw, I have written for all of these destinations, just Google MEL365 and the place, for example "MEL365 Portofino". Enjoy your trip!!

Sounds great, it is my first time coming to Italy from Florida. I would love to do lago di como first, Milan, Venecia, comeback to portofino, cinque terrace, Tuscany with car rental as you advised , Florence then go to Rome. Hopefully 🤞 I leave 4 days to explore Amalfi Coast and capris. Beautiful country. I am watching all your videos from Europe. Hi Jesmine, I think you have 3 options. Minivan (e.g., Fiat Talento, Peugeot Traveller, Ford Tourneo Custom): Pros: Spacious, flexible seating, ample cargo space. Cons: Larger size can be challenging in narrow city streets. Large MPV (e.g., Volkswagen Caravelle, Mercedes-Benz V-Class): Pros: Comfortable seating, good legroom, decent luggage capacity. Cons: Can be expensive to rent. Large SUV with Three Rows (e.g., Toyota Highlander, Ford Expedition): Pros: Good balance of passenger comfort and luggage space. Cons: Slightly less luggage space than minivans, higher fuel consumption Enjoy your trip!!
