Love the colour scheme, personally I find when it comes to Khorne too many people go straight to red for the colour scheme and lose the colour pop for blood effects. Its why I prefer the Heresy colour scheme of World Eaters.

I actually adore this model. This is the perfect balance of having og noise marine energy while also not just being a really fun gag model. No hate to og noise marine but this set just sells it, having the mox of druki helms and such also makes it feel more like the way I'd imagine slaanesh warriors customizing and expressing themselves in their armor. Love it.

I'm getting into sculpting small things with polymer clay, and I'm heavily influenced by mini painting for my sculptures. Does varnish serve as like a "save point" and mean you can do whatever you like over the top, while being able to preserve the below layers when wiping away? I'm not sure about the structural integrity of the varnish

Best Antron on KZbin. I’m a tattoo artist so I have some artistic background. I never used oils but this reaaaaally has me thinking about messing around.

I just has a eureka moment thanks to you, but it’s one of those I can’t believe I didn’t see it until it was pointed out to me. Im more experienced in oil painting than acrylic and I have almost every pigment of oil I could ever need. I’ve been treating these two hobbies as separate but as you’ve shown I could get phenomenal effects using my oils. I don’t know why I never considered oil blending as a go to and superior technique for my minis. I know oil works and I’ve seen other content creators use it to nice effect but it wasn’t until I witnessed your brush strokes and blending that it finally clicked how Im going to do my lord of skulls and belakor in a more realistic grimdark style like this.

Of course we like to watch, that's why we come here. 🤩 No kinkshaming.
