Hi Blaze. I'm not an expert in physiology, but if running is more intense than marching, then it should be the opposite, especially if there's a sympathetic nervous response. That's the "fight or flight" response, and energy for digestion is shunted toward the need to fight or flee. Hope that's useful.

Does the same apply to the urinary system? Assuming that the body should produce more urine while running, is switching to fight or flight mode to delay urination to run an extra distance healthy or unhealthy?
