Totally disagree with you ! Engineers design in engine for particular need and they put it on engine dynamometer. They get real and true horsepower rating from the engine crank not from the rear tires.

I'm assuming the USB cable provides power to the device. I did this once however it wasn't installed on the bike at that time. Now it is so I'll take the laptop to the device. The Commander v is on top of the bike's ECU under the seat.

I originally did this before I installed the dynojet on the bike but that was 4 years ago. Want to change the tunes because of an exhaust modification.

As of right now, in terms of Challengers, we can only tune up to the 2022 models. Here's the current fitment list: 2020: -Challenger -Challenger Limited -Challenger Dark Horse 2021-2022: -Indian Challenger -Indian Challenger Limited -Indian Challenger Dark Horse 2022: -Indian Challenger Jack Daniels Limited Edition -Indian Challenger Elite -Indian Challenger Dark Horse Icon

I have installed PV to my 2014 Forty-Eight with Target Tune kit. I am very satisfied from the result so far. It is the best tuning technology in the market. WinPV is also very user friendly software that you can review and compare your tuning settings.

When I click on bike connector type I keep getting a notification that the installed firmware tune database are out of date and should be updated? I just downloaded it from the website and it showed that everything was at its latest date.

It still has one problem. It’s 2024 now and you still can’t use a Mac with dynojet software. Factor that into your budget. Windows laptop is $400+.

its a VW as soon as you change the air flow on the exhaust the air fuel ratio will change the parameters on the computer will limit the turbos from over boosting the system so it backs off the power to protect the engine at high revs , it will need a whole new ecu map to work with that exhaust

Even if you get a new pv4, its uses are very little. This entire product and (lack of) support for it is laughable. Regardless of how many tunes appear to be applicable on the Dynojet website, the app will show you few or no tunes you can actually use, making the product useless.
