Hafa Adai! Thank you for watching and for your question. The oil I used for frying is vegetable oil. Although, you can use whatever oil you have on hand. Make it your own recipe when preparing. Depending on what type of heating element you use, start of with high temperature to heat oil Once the temperature is hot and ready for frying, lower heat to medium. Monitor the Patties and if you notice that it is too hot, lower your heat to medium low. I hope that this answers your question. I am so excited for you. Pls share with me how you liked it. Hafa Adai. Just a quick tip, do not use a metal whisk in a teflon coated pot. Either use a silicon coated whisk or a non-coated pot such as aluminum or stainless. Other than that, your recipe is spot on.
