This was great!! Is there a way for the student record to not be a dropdown in the Airtable Form (so I'm not breaking our confidentiality agreement), but still be connected to their profile?

Great question! Yes there is - there's a simple automation you can do on the backend to find and lookup clients by email and link them to their profile! Great idea for a future :)

Great question! You need a checkout platform to accept client payments. Airtable doesn't do that!

If each base has a primary student record, can you see anywhere if a student is enrolled in several programs?

Great question Sara! We recommend having a Sales Log where all of your sales are automated into one central hub which would be a good place to see your student's purchase history.

I’m struggling to understand why each offer needs its own base. I thought it’d be better if they’re centralized in one base so you don’t need to rely on sync tables but I’m sure I’m missing something

Great question, Sara! We recommend one offer per Base because often times each offer has it's own support features, coaching call calendars, onboarding form questions, results tracking forms, etc. So it keeps it much more organized to separate the delivery management of each offer into its own base. We do have a Sales Hub that ALL sales go into that serves as the one Base that has all of our clients, but for the Client Hubs that manage all of the moving pieces of the individual offers, we keep that separate! That make sense?

Great info! Question: Would you say that this Airtable setup is also better to use (more robust)than using the CRM feature in Active Campaign?

GREAT question! Absolutely. We use ActiveCampaign in conjunction with Airtable. We use it to send emails but use Airtable as our CRM database. So for example, when a client's status is "Graduated" in Airtable, it will update the ActiveCampaign Tags so they get the proper emails moving forward.

@@systemsoverstress oh yeah! Look if you just promise to look at people’s routine/business whatever and give them step by step mentorship how to execute it I would buy it. What I like to tell my clients I can promise the delivery of services and my expectations for you is to make $5k-$10k in the program or be way on your way. But I can’t promise that

Hey, what do you recommend for a project workspace - that has 10 users, some are guests? Many thanks in advance - infinite hiearchy in clickup for tasks, agree is so good - but I personally use Airtable for my personal data management and systems.

Hey! Airtable is great as a database, and for simple task management for 1-2 people. For task management with bigger teams, we use Clickup.

Hey! This was so good! I've been considering Airtable but I currently use Asana & GSuite! Could you talk about Airtable v Asana? I feel like it's simialr to this concept of AT vs CU.

You're spot on - swap the words "ClickUp" with "Asana" and all this applies. 😂 Asana definitely markets itself more as it should be (like a project management system!) instead of trying to make it be all the things like ClickUp does.
