I have a Microsoft Surface laptop and the keyboard stopped working for no reason and I've tried everything to fix it but I couldn't, what can I do to solve it? Is there a procedure I can do by disassembling the keyboard that will make it work again? If you can help me I would appreciate it, because I've already tried to contact you online and my problem hasn't been solved.

Surface Books, surface studios, and pretty soon for sure, the surface laptop studios… a graveyard of failed products. I wonder for how much longer Microsoft’s going to keep prodding out these laptops and if they even sell in any volume.

Sorry to say that the production quality of the videos somewhat exceeds the quality of the product. After 6 months of purchasing the much touted Surface Pro 11 Studio 2 for a whopping price tag of $3,800 (July 2024), the rubber stands at the bottom began to come up as the glue melted due to excessive heat. When the unit was returned to Microsoft, the report was that this was accidental damage. I've totally rejected this claim as there's no scratch or damage apart from the rubber stands. Unless Microsoft comes back with a more conclusive opinion, I'll be doing a detailed review shortly in case this helps others looking to buy this so called top of the range spec or experiencing similar problems.Hoping that I just got a defective and this isn't any manufacturing defect.

Big step in a direction, that should have been a policy from day 1. The disassembly of screen can be made 10 times easier. But again, kudos for a step in a good direction, but much more to be done in the field av easy repair and sustainable products.

Isn't this meant to be the Surface Pro 11th Edition? Right now there is two videos; one labelled Pro 10 for Business (which exists today), and this one. A consumer version does not exist as far as I know and the board shown in this video looks to have a X Elite or X Plus Package soldered on it. It would also make more sense this way. The mistake is both in the title; description; and video script/voice over it appears. Unless I am mistaken and a Surface Pro 10 for consumers exists but i fail to find it.

I love laptops from Microsoft, the best ones, I think. I am indifferent to Apple and I think they are too overrated, but I hope that Microsoft will continue to produce them further, I'm afraid that they may discontinue them due to the high demand for MacBooks. I only use these educational laptops only in Summer Camps. But it is Windows 10. I would recommend using Windows for Schools.

missed a conference, meeting, community gathering. get a co pilot share from co pilot ai that attended. or co pilot broadcast from the event. just not video recordings to share anymore but live or recorded co pilot knowledge.

we have to have a daily news paper and magazine data and knowledge specific delivered to every co pilot everyday by Microsoft headquarters.

gaming being big, can you add a in surface ai which will do all kinds of thing while user plays any or different games. ai should work background and also ui and also data on screen. if possible a ai gamer me takes over while i sip coffee ☕

impressive. can you please add, pick photos and backgrounds from image results into drawing canvas split screen by touching on the girl or the background tajmahal into my canvas where I am drawing a anime. also can you add a feature where you can check which all surface contacts of my mine have checked on my today to- do list and interacted with insights, suggestions, invitations etc., usefull for work and event planners like moms. co pilot looks good and seems self evolving at this point as it's being used. the design and keyboard is super cool. we need to keep technology more connected to our physiology and body. keep machines real. this gadget does justice. I will use it after I have learnt ai or is it not required on Microsoft surface 🤔🌼
