They never told us why it happens. It's less than it was before but it still happening occasionally. It's confusing to me that they don't let us know what causes the problems in the first place. But I guess there's no lot of protect tenants anymore in this country

Calibration works for mine, but it is a little bit tricky... The handlebar at calibration should be held in nearly equilibrium position. In your video you just hold it up but do not care about equilibrium.

Its working just fine. Its a little off but Your floor is not perfectly level. Its supposed to wobble. Does not effect the ride function right?

it wasn't wobbling, it would not stay in one place, it kept moving backwards no matter what I did and it was in idle. I resolved the issue by using two of the pen style levels that are about 3 inches long on the base of the scooter to show me where center was. After I did that then it wobbled but before that it was just going backwards when idle. Like it shows in the video. . .
