2004 Honda Element EX

just submitting this to the public because I don't know how to get the dealership to understand the break is rubbing when I drive it and that is making a ton of noise but this is after I took it to Midas and they put some kind of paste on the brake pad to silence it because it was so loud. the bearing is going out on this particular wheel but if you look at the rotor the rotor is discolored the metal itself not the paste. anyway before this video The sound was much much worse and the break is rubbing as I drive. I was told that the bearing condition could cause the brake to rub in this fashion. I don't know if anyone can help me out here
