I don't understand how you keep that cream liquid! As soon as I pour it out of the blender, it solidifies immediately. And once I put it in the fridge, the coconut oil makes it completely solid. What is this magic??? I tried several times, and now I have a lot of very sweet coconut oil. 😢

Great video and recipe. I have tried it. The only thing I cannot make work when following the instructions is the cream, which turns out too runny...

I think vegan whipping cream is easier. I made it work with Oddly Good Easy Whipping, and the cake ended up being the way it was supposed. Thank you for the video and the recipe. I believe I would not have been able to make it work with just the recipe...

How long do these last once baked? And how long does the dough last if frozen? Can I change the almond to vanilla to make vanilla cookies? And can I add cocoa powder and chocolate chips to make double chocolate ones? Or cinnamon and mixed spice for Christmas ones? I want to make a few different ones for gifts, but being disabled I have to have support workers help. Which means I only have 2 hours a week to do it. So need to make them ahead of time in batches. Thanks to anyone who can help.
