im not sure but in Cali we have 1 free large trash pickup by the trash company. If your man could get it broken down maybe you have trash services that will dispose for you.

We took some old metal fence down and folded it up into manageable size pieces, then got on our community page on FB and asked if anyone wanted scrap metal. We got rid of it within 24 hours of the FB post.

Idea from someone else. See if anyone local uses scrap metal for something. I know someone who got rid of a lot of metal stuff because he used scrap metal.

I have to remind my hair girl of that same thing every time she does my hair. Just because I watched her grow up and her sister is my daughters life long best friend, she owes me nothing. She has to make a living too.

Yes! This is her first time charging me more in 13 years. I told her you charge me whatever you need to charge me and if any of your clients have a problem with it they can go somewhere else and be charged 3x as much. :)

I would put the money in savings for lawn care. Don’t pay the $800 get some grass killer spray it to kill the weeds and grass and ask family and friends for help and feed them way cheaper

Great stuffing this week. I like the idea of removing it yourself- honestly, it's not as bad as it appears it's just time-consuming and at times frustrating. But $800, or any hundred to remove that is ridiculous. Also, if you get lucky and there's a scrap place near you, you can get a little cash for the aluminum parts. smile ☺ ☺

I had a similar old rusted metal shed, and I disassembled it my self (I was in my late 50's at that time). It didn't take as long as I thought it would. I do recommend that you borrow (or buy) a metal snip since some of the screws will be rusted and you won't be able to unscrew them, so you have to cut around it. I also used my local facebook page to find someone who picks up items to take to the dump. I was only out $50 for the guy to haul off the disassembled shed. I live in Texas too, so I highly recommend that you do it while it is cool!

I feel $800 is high. Can your boyfriend do outside stuff?? Maybe he has a couple of friends to just take it down. In my town, we can just put big trash (like the shed, pieces of course) on the road and the trash truck will pick it up. For the grill--look at Home Depot. Also, just get a simple one to start--he may not like doing that at all. Does he cook anything now? If now, I might get him something else. Yes he totally can and he said he would do it :) I just figured it might be better to have a pro do it because they can also haul it away but not if it's going to be that expensive! He enjoys cooking steak and potatoes but that's about it. So I figured since his birthday is in March that's the start of perfect grilling weather it might be a good time. I thought about getting him one for Christmas but no one wants to be outside in the winter grilling haha Well we don't anyway. My sister loved her gift and everyone else at the table did too! The shed is crushed by a tree limb and the floor and roof are completely rotted through and covered in rust otherwise I would try! I thought about buying a new one but those thangs are EXPENSIVE!!

Yes! I responded to your Instagram story saying basically the same thing. In my area, there are quite a few companies that collect scrap metal. This type of shed qualifies. Even our local American Legion post has scrap metal drives where they have a donation trailer or you can schedule a time for them to get it.

Hi. Rent a small dumpster , they run 300 to 400 depending on if they charge weight. Throw it in and save yourself the money. 800 is way overpriced. I'm in nys and I've renovated 5 homes over the years and helped on a few and every spring I dumpster my dead fall from trees. I've done entire basement t clear outs for less than they quoted you! Save and spend that money on something nice for the house!

I figured it out! During filming I was blabbing and didn’t love how it was turning out so I stopped filming and restarted. Well when I restarted I took the money out of car maintenance and forgot to put it back in. Then I ended up keeping the first footage of me stuffing my wallet anyway😂
