Keep posting it’s inspiring to me especially watching savings grow , I’m low income and disabled and I didn’t think I could save a dime but I set a goal in 2023 to save $500 I did it.. in 2024 I set a goal of another $500 I did it as well.. now I’m working on $200 to complete my year of 2024 out which I should have saved 1200.00 right? I’m at 1.178.00 I haven’t touched a dime..$28 of that is the interest because I put it in a high yield account.. every little bit adds up and it was done once a month in small amounts…. In this economy I’m gone save something every month no matter how small .. ..And I’m not on welfare.. budgeting is the key and tracking spending.. it works..,even change can build a cushion….,blessings to you..

Not lame at all. Have you considered doing an occasional grocery haul? We see you put your grocery money in the envelope but many of us are probably curious as to what food you’re buying. I know I’m always looking for new food ideas on a budget. I’m nosy about hair products too if you ever feel inspired to do a video on your hair routine and products to keep it healthy with frequently coloring.

If you havent tried this coffee drink its so good-I buy the Stok bright and mellow with the yellow top, and planet oat, oat creamer in caramel, and 2 pumps of either vanilla or caramel vanilla sugar free syrum (from Bealls, Ross etc). its really good and for $10 dollars or so you can have several drinks. Im not usually a cold coffee drinker but love this.

You need to setup a retirement plan. Not a sexy goal but a necessity. lol. Also, why not pay off your mortgage early. Imagine that and how it would feel.

Also I would love to pay off my mortgage early but I have to pick a goal and stick with it because I can’t finish my emergency fund, fund my Roth and pay off my house at the same time because I don’t make enough for all of that. Definitely a goal of mine though to pay it off as soon as I can. I just moved in in July😂

if you're feeling bad about shortening your Christmas gift list, you can always bake/make something...one of my favorite things to make at christmas time is the "christmas crack" made with a saltine cracker base, topped with a caramel "crack" made with butter and brown sugar, then covered in melted chocolate...you could top THAT with nuts or sprinkles or mini m&m's...whatever!!! Get some cheap boxes from Dollar Tree and boom...a thoughtful, and DELICIOUS christmas gift!!!
