Now this is the gaming journalism we need! You’re basically doing a systematic review like in science. A primary research article has low evidence generally. A review can take multiple and then pull them together to see if they have relevance and if they share similar data or positive/negative data for the hypothesis/assertions.

I found Dragon's Dogma difficult to get into. I still have to try Tyranny, and give Pillars another go. I installed DA 1 the other day too, though I doubt I'll be able to play for long as I've already played it to death. But I'll see which one keeps me engaged this weekend.

Is origin really that good. ? YES dammit ! I love the hell out of origins. its the only good one in the series they havent topped it yet.

I highly recommend witcher 2 for OCD level min maxing rpg players I always played like that even AC games lol. It is fairly linear has nice atmosphere with a good crafting system. I get overwhelmed at BG3, it's an amazing game don't get me wrong but not for me I'm used to play like I said also it has too many micromanagement, I don't have that much time.

Tyranny is a masterpiece, i found it by chance. It feels strangely good to take the least evil option. I loved everything, the combat the world the characters everything was believable. Pillars of Eternity is one of my all time favourites too the second i liked not so much but it is good too.

Is Veilguard a masterpiece? No, but it's really not a bad game. I don't understand all the hate. Of course, there are better games out there, but compared to a lot of the shit that gets released by some triple A companies, it's a solid game, and I personally enjoy it. Keep the hate train rolling for likes and subs, though. Your recommended games are on point, so I'll give you that.

NB: For games with auto-saves only, Cloud saves can be exploited by going offline once a game's started, and if something goes wrong in-game (or you're just experimenting), you can then quit to Home (also 'Quit' on the game's tile so Quick Resume is gone - not sure deleting save games deletes QR) and delete the internal save. Repeat as much as you like. Just be aware achievements unlocked offline might get added to your profile in an unnatural order once you go back online. (Go online after Gluttony dies, as you get the Stasis achi in the next cutscene)

Divinity original sin 2 is another 1 worth playing if you havent already .

Veilguard helped me realize how much I hate consoomers with low standards. The fact anyone who calls themselves a dragon age fan could say that disrespectful slop of a lore destroying HR lecture is even ok, is a crime against creativity. On the bright side at least the game is a failure and makes it more likely the current studio wearing biowares skin will go out of business and a new studio can get a shot at dragon age in the future. Retconning VG would be the best start.

To be honest I watched visions of mana. It looked so promising. But the gameplay the combat was booring. The world can look cool or stunning but the game play needs to appeal for me. If that is not happening I will not even pirate it. And I want to be honest I dont see any combat or rpg element here.

Waited so long for a new da game and Reading that its shit and not worth playing is😢
