out of all things why did they even downclocked the ram like how much power can soldered ram even consume or how much heat can it create ?

I found out the hard way you need 98% microsoldering experience, first switch i done, i broke the screen connecter, second, i got the PSOD, all of which i sent back to nintendo, they somehow didnt notice it was tampered with, the first one they did, had to pay for that, third one i tried modding, didnt work, luckily switch was still ok, kept booting into ofw, until i ultimately removed the modchip and its adapters and wiring. Im NEVER. Gonna try again unless i have ATLEAST 97% microsoldering experience, and when i actually have good flux and solder, and a microscope instead of a phone camera that can only go up to 12x.

I will always say this, the switch is yes able to play games so much better then a lot of people give it I think if Nintendo made a addon like with there older system like a case that has not only its own battery pack and fan to keep the system cool, and maybe have a unlock mode in the game that can only be used when it’s on this addon. I know on paper it sounds easy and they would need to make a dock version and handheld version. Hopefuly the switch two is better
