Fact is,they're made/stitched in India,although the materials are sourced from outside the country...looks like the wikipedia page hasn't been updated...

Would I be able to request a more padded and roped shoulder like iconic Lorenzo Cifonelli ?
@cadandthedandy8 жыл бұрын
Hi there. Yes, adding more roping and sleeve roll is just a style choice and is easy for us to do. You can book an initial consultation to discuss this and other options by calling 020 7434 4344 or emailing [email protected]. Best wishes, C&D.

Lovely film lads, well done and thank you for uploading it. Many years ago I wanted to be a tailor and, as part of my training, I would 'sit by Nelly' with Mr Bills, coat and vest maker and owner of Philip Godlove's court and civil tailor's, Leeds. this was around 1995. He continued to use canvases in his coats, hand felled linings into them, used a loaf shaped wooden block to 'hit' work he'd pressed with an old electric heavy iron to make a vacuum and sent work out to a buttonholer who charged £1 a piece for the most beautiful hand worked holes. I had known of Dugdales in Huddersfield as being trimming merchants but di not realise that they were also weavers.
