i got checked for a kidney stone and they said i had "Whirling appearance of the vasculature in the mesentery may represent bowel malrotation." they told me go to the er, the doctor said i dont have volvulus. i prob have pain from uti, which urine came back bacteria my question is ok i dont have volvulus now, but my ct scan said whirling. any research ive done suggested whirling leads to volvulus. so am i on a deathclock? or was the ct scan just wrong about whirling. or can i have whirling and nothing comes of it ever? sure im fine today but what about next week?

Wow, watching them melt away within 48 hours felt so good, and yes, I used what I mentioned the other day. It actually took a bit more to make them totally disappear, I just go’ogled Melissa Thanderski and the pain was no more.

7:17 regarding that abpi test. First of all it will compound inaccuracies when measuring bp. To say that both high and low pressures are indicative oh well. I don’t believe you can have arterial disease without calcification (prove me wrong), so that notion for high ratio also makes no sense. If anything, if you have a very low bp at the ankle then you have an ischemic foot, that much should be clear. If you have a high bp there, unclear how that’s even possible quite frankly, other than wrong measurements. The Doppler waveforms would measure stiffness of the arteries.

Doc! Thanks for telling if I am there for the next 5 or 15 years. I underwent PAG & CAG together and needed Angioplasty by Balooning the Popliteal artery (Right Leg). I still have pain (2 days post procedure). I was a smoker & because of Chronic Pancreatitis, had developed Diabetes Mellitus... 🙄

My surgeon said nothing can be done, because of all the scar tissue, etc. from first inside ileostomy, followed years later with full ileostomy. I am my advanced age and other serious conditions added to his decision. He just told me to keep taking the flagyl med I'm on, press on abscesses to help them drain, and get to hospital fast if abscess blocks urine. He doesn't seem to care, really. The abscesses are in the cheeks of the buttocks, and they drain light red blood mostly......very uncomfortable. I worry about blood clots, sepsis, and cancer. Would like your thoughts on the matter, please.

I am in a great deal of discomfort and been told that the vascular consultant considers my doppler results to warrant a routine consultation, unfortunately there is a waiting time of 18months and I'm afraid of it becoming worse, of course for a serious amount of money he can see me privately next week!

I will NEVER allow a NG Tube to be placed in me again. I have a SBO. (they think it's partial?). Then on top of that, an insult, lets shove a massive plastic tube in your penis and not give any meds to help sedate, or help with pain or give it after (wow that helps a lot thanks). These idiotic doctors and nurses deserve to get shot if they force someone to do this. I have been shot, in the abdomen, by a pistol, and made to crawl on the floor and call for help, woke up with an NG Tube, some other stupid tube, A catheter, etc. Back to that later. Then on top of all of this, No food or drink at all for days on end then they make you wait in hospital for days for whatever reason they want. No thanks, I'll just wait till it gets so bad they are forced to do a surgery they can put me out for. I'd rather not poop and have the ability to be free, on the outside, enjoy life even if there is some pain, and have the ability to eat and drink whatever and whenever and then get to pee and walk around freely not looking out a window for weeks on end. DO NOT GO DOWN THIS ROUTE OF NG TUBE AND CATHETER. When they mentioned to me last that they needed to put a NG in with a catheter (even though my urine output was fine, and I had no problem peeing or using the bathroom whatsoever when it came to pissing), I immediately left, no AMA sign out, just left. A nurse caught me on the way out with an IV in and I remember being so mad I just ripped it out and just threw it somewhere. I had a doctor with the audacity to put his hand in between the elevator door and I just stared at him and not spoke a word. That was enough for him to be scared enough to call security. Security met me downstairs with some nurses and doctors and wondered what was going on, I told them, don't stop me, don't touch me, and I remember this well, I had a bag with like snacks and stuff in it, and with my previous gunshot wound history and other major concerning wounds about how they got there, that was enough even for security to back off. YEAH, NO THANKS. They tried to get me back inside the hospital and were trying to talk to me, so I put my BEATS on over my ears and just kept walking until I got annoyed and turned around and just stared at them. They had a quote along the lines of 'you could die' I said, so could you, stood there daring someone to make a move, I'm now smart enough from past experience to never turn around when you're outnumbered, so I waited. Clearly this was going no-where. Once I got to my car, I knew I was safe because the item in the in the glovebox puts the odds in my favor if anyone dares to try and make a move like that again. Ridiculous. Great video though.

If I have an elongated colon with severe constipation, does this mean I will automatically have emergency issues? My constipation has been life long! I take as much laxative type medications I can and eat green leafy vegetables and fruits and drink lots of water! I even have to take gas x all the time and my stomach bloats a lot! I also get acid reflux a lot at night! I am in a lot of pain which at times affects my breathing at night! Should I get surgery so I don't get this?
