I think the round that he spawns is Round 12. Similar to Origins, he spawns after 3 rounds. In Revelations, he spawns at Round 20.

I remember back in the early 80's there was not much there, it was just in the beginning stages. They had a great little restaurant where truckers and tourists alike stopped in. One thing I recall is he had sign's up and down the road saying " fresh coffee ahead 10 cents" which was cheap, but when you went in coffee was 10 cents, a cup an extra 5 cents, the cream was 3 cents, sugar 2 cents a pack...LOL it was great, and you couldn't get out without buying the fresh-baked stuff, the whole place smelled like a bakery.
