This is so wonderful for you! I find the difference between the UK and the US just incredible. I think here we get 3 scans total. It would be wonderful to have more. Hope everything worked well for you. I’m going through chronologically 😀

wait... how did alexa put the kettle on? Mine has to have a button pushed to turn on and auto snaps off... what brand are you using?

We have the hive smart plugs that connect to Alexa - so we just push the kettle button down and turn the plug off so when we ask Alexa to turn on the kettle she turns on the plug to the kettle that’s pushed down and ready to go!

Best tutorial I’ve watched! Thank you so much! Can’t wait for the nail prep tutorial (I’m going to search for it now in case it’s already up!) I’m new to doing gel nails at home. I used to do acrylics at home for 20+ yrs then my daughter got me started on having them done in the salon for a couple years & it’s just to expensive! Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Hello! When did your pelvic pain go away? I am experiencing the same thing (feels like someone is pushing a thumb by my hip) and received my HCG levels which look good. But the worry just doesn’t go away. Thank you for sharing!

I hope somebody sees this comment and has feedback on it…has anybody experienced insane patching on like day two of applying it, or after you have applied it once or twice and decide to stop? I’ve observed a beautiful tan on day one, that can be built up but the moment you decide to stop applying it it comes off in horrible patches, skin will literally end up looking like vitiligo…and i haven’t found an instant way to remove it either, since it’s not a fake tan.

So lovely to hear such a positive experience! I ended up needing an emergency section with my first as he was starting to show signs of distress. Sadly since the epidural, even the boosted one, wasn't working fast enough (I could feel them pinching my tummy to test if it worked) so I needed to be knocked out. In a way I didn't mind because I was exhausted at the time. Also, this meant that I have one of my favourite memories because of it. When I got to recovery, the midwife was calling my name and saying to look over to my husband and what he was holding. It was my husband that told me that we had a son, and I am crying now reliving that memory. It was amazing! I'm currently 19 weeks with our second, and after much thought, I think I'll go for an elective section this time. I'm hoping that my hubby will be able to tell me again when they are born if it's a girl or a boy. Will see when the time comes! :) For me, even though it was an emergency section after induction, I still see it as a positive experience. Thanks for sharing your story!

Thanks to my epilepsy medication (yay...) I have developed a tremor. I've been on them since I was 25/26 and it forced me to start doing something early that has actually served me well: do everything in little ticks. You can take a moment, step back, and ask, "Does this look right or do I need to adjust?" It's small amounts at a time so if it looks wrong? Wipe off and try again. The dotted under-eye concealer is a great example of this. If any of these techniques seem daunting? Little dots and dashes. Morse Code on the face spelling, "H-E-L-P." I kid. We've got this. Biggest bits of advice I would add to this? Make sure the sunscreen you choose for your face IS for the face and that the SPF is enough for where you live. If you are going to be outside a lot? Hat. Bring them back. Sweat a lot? Reapply every 4 hours. In the water? Every 2. "That will mess up the rest of my makeup!" Stipple. It will add moisture back in so it actually refreshes everything if anything. They also make some pretty stellar spray versions. Always use it- even if it isn't sunny out. That sun is dead set on reaching you and will diffuse through those clouds. Collagen bank. After you've done everything in your normal skincare routine, apply some thick layers of a good Collagen serum in this places that crease. If it feels like too much? You've probably done enough. It's like how we used to bake with powder, but now you're globbing on moisturizing elements your skin is (sadly) losing with age. If you can manage an overnight mask? Fabulous! Water. I know we have all heard it for forever, but drinking enough water becomes more important as your body gets older and stops working as well as it used to. I am as big of a fan of caffeine as anyone else, but you NEED to drink water to compensate for what it depletes. You will feel like you're living in the potty, but you will also have more energy, your skin will become clearer and retain all those products you slap on better, restroom visits will be smoother, stomach issues will lessen, and.....just water. If they made a bubble suit that could hold water against my skin 24-7, I would buy it. The biggest thing? Never, ever be ashamed of your age. Some people don't get to see it. Those lines and things beginning to sag a bit? Proof of your experience and maturity. You don't have to stop covering or concealing, but not let anyone (especially yourself) make you feel "old." The most beautiful, youthful people I've ever met were older than I am. Age is a number, vitality and vibrancy is a mentality. Try new things, try the old ones as they may be coming back into style, try your own things, but have FUN and love who you are and where you are in life! Much love to you all! Thank you so much for the tips, hun! I will be shakily attempting them in future. Muah! 😘
