how much do you need to weigh. when I was a young child I couldn't adjust chairs because I was too light

so what do i do if my tilt tension knob doesn't spin at all? I tried on some older chairs and it worked without much force, but no matter how much I apply on this new one I recently bought it doesn't buldge a bit. I tried it with the tilt locked and unlocked...

Didn't work. Whatever idiot came up with this stupid design probably got a reward they didn't deserve. Tip: when so many people experience the same problem with something, that's proof that the designer FAILED at their job! The patent on this should be pulled and no further chairs based on this design should be made. It's the 21st century for God's sake. If something this basic is this much of a hassle then it needs to phased out and the imbecile responsible, if still working, should be fired.

as simple as this video was - you dont understand how helpful it was - i was sooo stressed becuase i just bought a new office online for my home studio to do my video channel and it keeps tilting all the way back now i see how to fix it . omg thank you - it was very very annoying you have no idea!

I just got mine and i followed the instructions on the video they provided. Took me 15 min. to put it together. The hardest part was to install back support if you are doing this yourself without help of other person to hold it and fit in all 4 holes at the same time so they can "click it" .The chair is very comfortable (Heroset Office Chair ) I'm lucky they provided the instalation video. Lots of people are grateful for your video, brother.Thumbs up !
