We are living tortuous lives bc public schools no longer offered music & arts. Republicans in the 70s began defunding public education and Clinton’s neoliberal agenda opened the door to charter schools.

Eddie Hazel died in 94’ a real genius that a lot of guitar players are starting to realize just how genius. Warren Haynes and Derek Trucks did “Maggot Brain” awhile back and it’s sounds great. Not Eddie and Mike but close😊.

I saw them in London a few times I couldn’t believe how brilliant it was I was only 17 and lied to my father about where I was going he was strict and I knew he wouldn’t let me go.

we could not find our way around the fence to see this show. so we just chilled and listened. Now that i am watching it , it bums me out. i missed seeing this at Woodstock 99. i believe this was thursday night , they played for hours
