I don't think that the computer is the player, I think its the broadcasting room for the mind control, and it provides a connection for the yellow helmets to the blue orb things, which transmit the waves or whatever that control the people. Because in one of the orb's locations, we can see that as soon as we deactivate the orb, the mind control helmets also deactivate there. I think the huddle's helmets are connected to that room and its controlling the player. also the blue orb things could be placed everywhere in the map which lets you control the people, but the ones we are deactivating are specifically connected to the huddle.

So this means i have been controlling some poor kid in an experimental medical facility somewhere? And the only way for him to be free was to pull the plug of electricity so i cannot be connected to him? I don't like that one bit. It makes me feel very uneasy about the whole thing. I am going to replay the kid's journey but this time i will be extra hard on him and and i am not even gonna think about unplugging those orbs because look at what i get for the thanks. He is there to do my bidding, not to rest

Some pretty good analyses out there as to the meaning of the regular and secret endings. Reading about the endings make me think about life itself. The game could be seen as analogous to the life that we are given. We are born, to do something with this life (unless we want to just sit and do absolutely nothing), which is predetermined in some ways. We all go through stages of life, with milestones. e.g. Childhood, adulthood, old age and death. We have no choice but to go through them, if we live long enough. We reach some sort of ending, just like the blob/huddle did. Most of the time, we feel like we're in control of this life, but really, we're all born with some predetermined arcs, just like in the game. e.g. We're born to desires to eat, succeed in survival, breed/reproduce, etc. Our biology controls us, like the maker of the game controls what will unfold in the game. All that we could control is to "live life" or play the game, and see it unfold. The alternate/secret ending is analogous to euthanasia or "pulling the plug" on oneself and the game of life... Once one reaches certain situations, that's the natural desire, I think. Again, biology plays a part.

After 7 years, I finally got all the achievements, now I can leave this game to rest.

This game was incredible in physics and superb in sound track, made me really immersed into the World , a piece of art , its amazingly realistic it felt at times with only like 3 buttons to control the character

Can you do it without expert mode?

i see the game in a whole different way now when i play it

I did this and the achievement didn't pop. I went back to chapter 2 thinking maybe I had to do the secret ending but that didn't work. Now when I go back to the big sphere the door is closed and I can't go in. So I'm stuck with an unpoppable achievement. 😡

The achievment was not popping up for me I had to restar the game 2 times and grab this secret twice until I got it. Anyway. Nice vid

I have all 13 achievements but the game just restarted from the beginning after the credits, 🤷🏻‍♂️

Anyone know what I gotta do for the super meter? I tried useing them all and and ending the game with full but I kept getting 5/6, what is the requirement for super meter ???
