Actually I have an number of these on VHS and these copies are the censored TV edition of the episodes including this one, so I just thought to point this out!? ( I have the full unedited versions of half these episodes on VHS so, I know they’re censored) !?

Had to look up the actual anime after watching the horrible live action movie. writing and acting of the original ninja turtles with gore. it looks like this as least has a proper tone.

Hyper Zoanoid team 5 overall had a solid unit cohesion platform. Being a bad guy doesn't always mean that you don't have mates. Team 5 cared about each others welfare. And that says alot. It's not always gladiator culture like what the Decepticons have lol. Plus, they have cool designs.

I remember watching this last episode on VHS and the ending had a glimpse of what was gonna happen in the next episode with sho fighting more enzymes man wish they would of continued but they stopped at this episode..

Remember watching this on VHS when i was about 8-9 yrs old my grandma bought the fist 6 volumes for me,little did i know what an amazing anime i was going to watch. The soundtracks and sound effects of the monsters and the guyvers was 1 of 1 , they don’t make em like this anymore

Episode 2 and you ready get a boss battle.

First time watching this series. Honestly holds up really well, reminds me a lot of Parasyte, which explores similar themes and was also based on an 80s manga. The voice acting is hit or miss but that's part of the charm. The music and several of the VAs are excellent, something about that wailing guitar.
