मेरे हिसाब से स्टेप गलत नही है लेकिन फीडबैक के लिए टारगेट देना स्टाफ को की डेली इतना फीडबैक चाहिए इसका कोई सेंस नही समझ आता। कस्टमर कोई भी फीडबैक अपने हिसाब से देगा और फीडबैक देना वोट देने के बराबर है हैं उन्हें क्यों रिक्वेस्ट करें अगर उन्हें नेगेटिव फीडबैक देना होगा तो हम उन्हे पॉजिटिव फीडबैक के लिए रिक्वेस्ट क्यों करें ?और अगर एम्प्लॉय कस्टमर से रिक्वेस्ट करके पॉजिटिव फीडबैक ले भी लेता है तो इस सिस्टम को लागू का करने का उद्देश्य नही रह जाता। दूसरी चीज फीडबैक देने के लिए मोबाइल नंबर डालना होता है और फिर उसपे ओटीपी आयेगा और ओटीपी कस्टमर से मांगना 😂। ये टारगेट देना समझ से परे लगता है 😂

Sir, please get your facts right. MBA Finance is not required. Any MBA degree will work. Not sure why are you mentioning in your videos again and again that MBA Finance is required for SIDBI Grade A. In your previous video also you mentioned the same.

For Clerks- undoubtedly SBI..No intercircle or interstate transfer for junior associates after 2019…Horrible policy ..Being the leading bank in India with so many branches all across india , still only for clerks they have fully stopped transfers..Even if u or ur family members have any serious medical condition or on spouse condition,they wont even consider a bit…just they will finish quoting the same line NO ICT FOR JUNIOR ASSOCIATES TO BE RECRUITED AFTER 2019…Govt should seriously interfere in this horrible policy-and why only for clerks and why not for officers ,the same is applicable…

This worst situation in banks is somehow related to the some worst steps taken by RBI,and Union GOVT. RBI is making the life of Bankers Life hell, they(RBI) will work for 5 days,10-5 job, without any Customer interactions,and they will start implementing these steps sitting in some AC rooms without knowing the ground reality.

Top management should to held accountable for every bad loan, every RM should be held accountable for complaint against his zone's employees, they sit comfortably in their air conditioned rooms and only task they have is to use crude language and force unattainable targets on branches, thats why I resigned, future is bleak in Banking if this type of culture continues. No one will oppose against this, all branch heads should take this in their hands and rebel against them.

Transfer hi nahi bank ka promotion policy bhi ganda hai in every bank there are few persons who genuinely hardworking guys otherwise everybody is doing haramkhori.. bhut se log aise hai jinko credit ka C nae pata bt promotion le ke kamchori krna hai operation to daily routine work hai waha bhi kamchori hi krenge aur jo kam krta hai management bhi usi ko gali deta hai.. its been more than seven and half years to me but aaj tak ek bhi dhang ka senior staff nae dekha maine.. jisko kam ka sahi se gyan ho... Ha bhokne ache se aata hai... Waise bhi aaj kal banking ho kaha rahi hai sb logo ko chutiya bnane me lage hue hai insurance ke nam pr core banking gaya tel lene... To transfer as well as promotion dono hi policy gandi hai bank me...
