I always put too much filling & go too conservative on how much crust I fold. So of course mine end up spewing filling out the seams. I see u use less filling and make lots of crust with your folds. I guess that’s what I need to do. That’s why I came online to peek! Thanks yours look amazing!

Very kind! I do the same thing! Too much filling, my fave part. Experiment with making the crusts as usual but put them in cupcake molds lined with cupcake paper liners. Add as much of the filling as you want. Mini pies won’t burst! 🤣🤠❤️

If it were me, I would mash a little butter into the pumpkin after it is roasted. But try to remember to oil it first so it doesn’t dry out in the oven. 🤠❤️
