Forgive the dumbness of this question/statement. I've used the Blue Monster tape that says it's ok to use on petroleum oil distillities. Pardon the misspelling there and I've never had an issue. Am I wrong for using that instead of the other?? I only use it on the pressure sending side of things!!

Ok airdog i have a question. My truck has an Airdog 2 on it and when i shut down my truck the pump doesnt ahut off I have to unplug it amd leave it unplugged or not im plagued with ha ing to go back and forth at each stop. So far all fuses are fine. And i swapped the relay with the bkower relay and it still didmt shut off. 2001 Ford F250 SuperDuty 7.3L crewcab long bed

I have a 7.3 that was leaking fuel out of the water separator. I drove the truck about a mile and then the motor sounded like it was gonna shut off so I just turned it off. I replaced the filters and turned my key to let the pump run and then tried starting it. Did it multiple times and truck just wouldn’t start. I hear the pump when I turn the key but fuels not moving through the filter. Any advice figuring out how to get the truck started? I’m new to diesels and have never primed before so any advice is much appreciated

Question sir, i put my pump on and BOTH fittings Leak out of where the hose goes on the fittings, any fix or advice?

Could you just leave the factory line from top of tank but just plug it into the airdog instead of the fuel cooler. Woudk not need to fight on top of the tank that way.

Notice the break in the video when he disconnects the tank portion of the %*^&&&$&$ fuel line.

So what is the recommend fuel pressure level? Where is this chart or table of values? I have a 2013 LML with the Airdog 5g going to buy a gauge to mount on the pump but can not seem to find a spec on what pressure the pump should output??? Any help appreciated

Does anyone know if or how well the air dog 165 and the exergy fuel system saver can work together? Can it be done safely? Also has anyone ever heard of putting a 2 micron filter in line with the fuel tank return line? It’s my first diesel and I wanna keep it for a long time to come.

Are there any issues with the pump Drawing rather than adding a sump to the fuel tank ? I called around a few performance shops they all want to drill n add the sump to the bottom of the fuel tank, I was just thinking. Installing this myself without doing the sump? Thanks
