I have fished from that rock more than a few times. The highway noise ruins the experience. As for the Pike minnows: what a disaster to have them in the river system thanks for getting rid of one. They pay big money for you to catch them in the Columbia River system. Some people make more than $50,000 a year doing that.

Spoons and Paddle Tails. This outing I used white, silver and chartreuse spoons. Try different ones and troll along drop offs zig zagging . Paddle Tails are usually Z-Man 5” or 4” Paddlerz with Texas Eye (3/8 or 1/4). Favorite is Elec Chick or Smokey Shad but sometimes other colors work. Good luck. Lots of fish in all branches.
