Quick question... At the beginning, right after you get the morph ball, as you get off the elevator platform to go to the right and get the first missiles, I noticed Samus pauses ever so slightly when she lands on the lower ground. Would performing a mock ball right there save any time since the mock ball doesn't slow down once it hits lower ground? Like, maybe on the crest of a small jump, you shoot to activate the blue door, mock ball on landing, and continue on?

I love how great this community is, where despite being competitors you're also so happy for each other's accomplishments. When I saw Zeni say he was glad he missed the 26 by fifty-something frames in his RTA record because you deserved it after all your hard work, I had no idea it would happen basically the very next day! Congrats! (And fast one cycle Phants in both runs are just so fun to watch.)

Just out of curiosity, How does one work towards a faster IGT rather than a faster RTA? What methods are used in the game to make it faster? I mean it's the fastest IGT ever but over 2 minutes slower than the RTA
