I bought this kit at Walmart yesterday and it was a disaster. The kit box states the canvas is 8”x8”, but it is actually 4”x4”. The instruction sheet said the kit was manufactured 3/2022, exactly two years ago; one resin bottle was rock hard and unusable. Inspect all items prior to making the project, I’m sorry I didn’t, a waste of $21.

Hi new sub here, I clicked on your vid bc I thot u meant to make this beautiful galaxy from one of those Walmart kits. I think it’s really cool looking, nice save! I know you wanted it to be a geode but I’m glad you were able to make it into something (really amazing!) you could deal with! I got the blue one and the square is a at smaller that what it shows on box. I mean it’s an 8”x8” I believe and on the box it looks like an 8x10” or maybe even 10”x14”. But I got it for my son to make for his big brother and I thank you for this vid and KZbin algorithm for bringing it vid to me! I’ll def have to help and protect a much bigger space as me and him are messy crafters!

Tip on gingerbread cutouts...trace tgem on the cork sheets and stick to them. Heat the wood you trying to get off and do it a kettle at a time and comes right off.

I start working on a new Christmas theme in either February or July of every year. It just depends on the theme I come up with and how much I will have to do as far as crafting. I make most of my own ornaments depending on the theme and if I could easily find them in the after Christmas sales in the color I want. Im currently doing two themes because I have time. Both involve a lot of painting but one is more straight forward while the other has many parts like sponges, caulk, paint, hot glue, sticks, wires, foam balls, cupcake liners, model magic, puffy paint etc. So I'm going to do that next year because I know I won't be done in time for Christmas. 😂😂😂😊
