First of all... These are great dupes! Second, you crack me up!!! I could see just how hot that glue was because there was steam coming off of it!!! I too save my sponge brush handles!! They always come in handy for something, like stirring paint or even on a craft project like you did. My favorite is the faux book stack too!! TFS your talents with us!!

I love that you keep your foam brush handles! Great idea! Also, instead of going to the trouble of cutting off all of the stray frayed pieces of raffia/ jute/ string, use a lighter. It works really fast and looks great, too! (Though given your habit of burning yourself, maybe this is not advisable for you...🤣🤣🤣)

You really have cute ideas! Your personality is bubbly and fun! What I really like about you is, you show your mistakes and talk about mistakes, which make you human, and genuine! It shows me that even KZbin creators make mistakes, and that I'm not alone! It also shows what works, and what doesn't work! My favorite might be the tray. Oh, and I could actually see the steam/burn from the intense heat, from your glue gun on that one side of your tray! You're right, it's a really hot glue gun! Did you say you went to Fiji, on a mission trip?

Yes I’ve been to Fiji several times for missions work for a medical outreach… the people there were so amazing! I didn’t want to ever leave. I’m so glad you enjoyed my projects and ideas… I’d rather work through my crafts than give up on them! I hate wasting items so if I can reuse something and make it cheaper that’s always my route. 😂🙌♻️

Your memories are so special, because you've been to places where there's so much poverty, and you were blessed with a beautiful heart to be apart of helping them. What great experiences and moments you've been able to share with people who have so little, regardless of the situations, because you could probably 'feel' His Spirit guiding you. I'm sure you could see and feel the gratitude from their hearts... I pray with you they're ok... I thought fairly recently, in Haiti, several missionaries were kidnapped and held for ransom. And, by a miracle they were able to get out, and I think leave in the night, undetected 🙏🤲

Please keep a bowl of cold water on your worktable when you use hot glue. It will save you loads of burns! In the meantime, get yourself some band aids meant for burns. They've a gel in them to keep the burn moist so less pain, faster healing. I did not expect that tray to turn out that awesome! Everything did. You have a new subscriber in me.

Hi Julia. New to your channel (from the playlist) loved your diys!! Nautical is not my theme but I do like some pieces from a nautical - I have this bowl that I'm obsessed with but it's "nautical" more like neutral nautical decor bc its cream white and has these cool round disc's attached to the sides of it - it looks like something you would see in the ocean idk. Anyway loved your projects! Good job
