I really like this video a lot. My dad and I have always gone to arguments about this topic. Money is a fleeting thing and we can’t take it with us when we die. I'm not afraid of boredom, I'm scared of being left alone with my own thoughts, i do not control them nor can i learn how to, and the only way to keep myself safe is by always being distracted, music has become an integral part of my general well-being, playing the classical guitar has become a therapeutic activity in which i never have to think or care about anything except the quality of the sounds i create, which is a state of mind that spans most of my day, the problem doesn't lie in excess stimulus, rather in unhealthy stimulus, find what's worthy of being done infinitely throughout your life and worship it.
