If I deleted the VM which has the server installed with the server forest I created, if there an option to recover the forest?

Why would anyone need to transport a virtual server? ( @50 seconds ) Just curious. Cant they setup a VPN and remote connect to the server that way??

I've been hired as service desk consultant recently. That's my first IT job ever. We only do basics stuff on servers but still it's very great experience for me. In the future, I would like to join the IT implementation department in my company, for this purpose I need to be savvy with windows server 2016/2019 and SQL/MSQL, that's why I'm here.
