Thanks for your videos. How can you secure the administration by creating admin accounts and then giving rights for administration instead of adding user to domain administrators group.

That was quick :). The issue is that I have created separate admin accounts but the two Sys Admin performs all the functions in AD and I don't want to limit their working. I know I can delegate permission on different OU but they kind of need full access and I dont them to use AD root account. The first step is to move to individuals admin accounts then restrict the access more.
