I had no idea you could sauté like that with an instant pot, I can’t wait to try this recipe tonight! Just got myself an instant pot and had lots of bacon and potatoes to make use of and was looking for an instant recipe with both, and you popped up - glad to have found you, definitely got a subscriber with this!

Why do you dump all the seasonings into a new bowl? I am lazy, so I would just dump everything on top of the Ranch seasoning (the bowls are the same size). Thanks for the great recipe

If I may comment on my meal tonight. The rib tips were good but the sides need help. Greens were to salty and the potato salad was ok. I’m not from the IE. I need the real deal.

This is what I’ve been looking for, a true 1 pot quick dinner. I have the old non electronic pressure cooker and can easily do this. I was surprised to see you quick release of pressure, other quick pot recipes call for a natural release or the meat is tuff. Any thoughts?

Bits of diced ham or Spam, caramelized with a brown sugar or maple glaze, all diced up might be a nice garnish. Sour cream would make it like a baked potato on a spoon with a hint of sweet and salty with that caramelized ham or spam. Enjoyed the video immensely, I like how you didn't torture us by making us watch your mise en place prep. Most of us know how to chop and dice onions and celery and potatoes.

What temp did you cook at? What was the entire time of the cook and did you use water in your cook?
@bzcooks4220 Жыл бұрын
This is a very old vid but i world cook my brisket at 225-250 until the internal temp in the lean part is at 175-180 then wrap in butcher paper and raise the temp to 275. In this smoker i did use a water pan. The entire cook probably should take 12-14 hrs. Cheers!!

Soaking some right now. I have cooked them in Instant Pot for the last couple of years. It's the best way I have ever done them. Great info for newbies. If you think you don't like collard greens, try them this way and you will.
