Thank you for a lovely inspirational video, even on the day when you are not feeling 100%. I have to say that idea of fatty coffee truly grossed me out :) but I want to recommend from my own experience to add something nice and soothing for the morning routine; for me it is (fat free) coffee while cuddling my cats, nice smelling candle and "joyful ideas" from my little "Joy" book. For all who are sceptical about trying cold showers I can only say that the feeling of your skin for around 30 s after you turn off the water is the best - totally worth it.

Thanks for the good night sleep tips, I need to improve on point 2. I was wondering about the impact of the evening exercise on the sleep. Do you think that intense exercise late in the evening can negatively affect ability to fall asleep and if yes, what is the good time to stop exercising before going to bed. Or maybe opposite you are so tired that you just go down in seconds? Tired or wired?? Also, would listening to relaxing music or sounds of nature as a part of sleep routine be a good idea or just unnecessary destruction? And yes, I need to have my windows opened all year around (except crazy hot summer nights) to keep the bedroom cool and with fresh air, otherwise no sleep for me.

Thanks for another positive affirmation, Alex. I was happy to tick 4 out 5 boxes in the table and give myself little pat on the shoulder that I am going in the right direction. I have to work on point 4, which I used to do and then I stopped because I was mostly focussing not on progress but the tasks I didn't manage to accomplish. It takes time and talks like that to see glass half full again, instead of half empty. 🌻

The "focus on yourself" was my "eye-opener". A lot of things you said here I found useful but "focus on yourself" became a bit my mantra. And definitely I would agree that you need to change "talking stick" to "talking object" as for some short-tempered people it might turn from talking stick to poking stick if they take it too literally ;-)

Thank you for making this important video-talk. It is informative but also filled with compassion, not pity and prejudice. I think that it could be worth to follow with supplementary information for people who actually are brave enough to ask and might receive the answer from friend or family member „YES, I am thinking of suicide”. All tools like lifeline, GP, 000 are critical but I think the first minutes of conversation might be as important, even just during waiting for ambulance. I think it could be as gut wrenching as giving CPR…. Just an idea, i will stay tuned.

Hi @MegaDoMisia, thank you for you comment. Yes, the first minutes are very important. In fact, just by listening and allowing someone to talk about their thoughts around suicide can significantly reduce their likelihood to follow through with it. Great comment! Thank you for sharing it. Cheers, Alex

Thank you @aymen2228. I'm glad you find this helpful. To answer your question about the thousands of views, I guess time will tell. That said, sharing this kind of knowledge is my Ikigai, so I'm not really concerned whether thousands of people watch it or not. I absolutely love making these videos and feel rewarded when people like you benefit and grow. Thank you again for your lovely comment :) Cheers, Alex

Thanks Alex! I learned so much in this time that I had with you and I apply A LOT of what I learned from you to my daily life and my current and still very challenging situation. I wouldn't be where I am today if I wouldn't have had the guidance you gave me. This is a nice refresher.
