Fascia release works every where but if you have a lot of scar tissue takes long time especially in back areas where your blood flow is not going to the right muscles.

Fascinating! I came here from a mention on a Clutterbug video for Seint beauty products. I gave up wearing makeup altogether several years ago as I became chronically ill (and older) and as much as my skin looks awful, it looks WORSE with makeup on. I truly believe in using Demi to darkening because the white areas makes her look even more tired looking. There is so much you can do with all Demi on your whole face and neck + ears to bring balance to the whole face. Great advice ❤️💚💙😽🐾🐾🎄

My skin changed the most around 45 to 50. Menopause plays a big role. No changes between 30 and 40., really.
