People now say that blow drying is better than air drying... but my hair is soooo frizzy and dry when i blow dry and with air drying it feels sooooo nice and shiny and soft.

I used to do the curly girl method, and it's too much of a hassle. You really have to not touch the hair and ain't nobody got time for that. I either style my hair or on a bun or braid it goes.

Hi, what you do is tie your hair on the top of you head (literally), and lie on your back or sides, if you lie on your back do not lie on your hair!!! Make sure that its above your head and not behind your back!! If you lie on your sides just make sure you dont have your hair under your neck,, also dont touch it. Hope this helps!!!
