果然自由泳游久了就會學會翻滾踢牆 哈~ 我也是誤打誤撞看到夢覺教練的夾浮板維持身體平衡,自主堅持每天練習1000公尺後,才漸漸學會了自由式。那種從零到一的成就感我想只有體會過並堅持下來的人才能體會。

怎样都行, 看你的目的, 蛙泳作为养老散步式的姿势, 难道散步也要有姿势吗? 你爱怎么游都可以. 只要能游下去, 自己舒服, 天皇老子也管不了你. 作为冲刺的竞技目的, 那么你就要为了速度和流水线而服务, 而怎么做一清二楚, 能减少面积减少阻力就是合适的. 仅此而已.

应该是自由泳。自由泳是最基础泳姿,学会了自由泳其他泳姿轻易破解。先教蛙泳的就是懒,因为容易入门。

Good. I need to understand n "digest yr theory on land" n practice on land before swimming freestyle. The hands hv 4 steps to follow not easy. I need to master well my kicking 🦵 legs before learning hands. Once my legs can move forward then can practice hands on land. Thank you once again 😅😅

Well done. I will follow your instructions by taking the "school bag" on my back during basic freestyle kicking so that my body is able to float. No wonder on Sunday, my body sink down during practicing the freestyle(leg kicking). Instead of moving forward but backwards. I very angry n disappointed n stopped. During swimming, 1 gd swimmer told me to use my big thigh, or hip or waist and not knee cap. I did tried out kicking faster n small steps but doesn't move at all. On tue, I will try out to use "school bag" so that body will float.

Well done because u hv streamline for backstroke. I did tried out but I don't hv streamline after half way through. I have been practicing my freestyle for legs but doesn't moving forward but backwards and life guard was laughing at me. I was being thought by my coach that kicked smaller steps n faster n feet at higher level of water n must relax yr toes so that can float. I know breaststroke n swim 2 or 3 mins, 1 lap. I practicing half hr n doesn't forward(legs) n I stopped n disappointed.

Well done as translate to English. Can repeat 3 times videos will be more good so that I can remember. Must glide also after kicking. 1. P (pull) 2. B(breadth) 3. K(kick) 4. G(glide)
