In Jolly LLB 1, Rahul Dewan was given 7 years imprisonment under section 304 for killing 5 people........I have a few questions about that 1. was that accurate? 2. minimum sentence under IPC 304? 3. If multiple homicides are involved, is there a precedence to sum the sentences? 4. what kind of crime amounts to life imprisonment under IPC 304?
