Section 376 sub- section 2, clause (j) talks about unsound mind and intoxicated further clause (k) talks about position of control and dominance. And there is no any clause (o) under sub-section 2 of section 376.

A small error, @13:42 while discussing Nature of offence, you have mentioned the punishment for Sec 376(1) is 7 year rigorous imprisonment. But it should be 10 year in place of 7 year after new amendment of 2018.
