Has anyone played with k/m? How is the experience?

And god damn "puzzles" Do you even know the meaning of the word "puzzle"? It is when you are using your brain. Not when you spend precious moments of your life dragging mako syphon from one place to another. But it's ok. I will charge you for it later.

Also, if you really want to make a game a cinematic experience, and less of the game. Why don't you just abolish things like inventory management, et cetera? Imagine how cool it would be to play through Final Fantasy 7 without the need to micromanage potions and antidotes. And constantly changing the payload of your team. Then again, cheat engine is always the thing to skip it. But it's a little sad when you use it not to cater a game to your tastes, but to actually make the game just playable.

You can't really use magic in this game. Because your materias that give you magic are leveling slow. Veeeeeeeeeeeeeeeery slow. The first level spells you would not use because why even bother if they are so weak. But by the time your spells actually start to do something (last chapter of the game) - you will forget about them and just mash your way through enemies with auto-attacks and weapon skills. But weapon skills look nice. Also, on a very slooooow cooldown. Imagine being able to fight in the game freely, like you want to. Would not that be a revolution in game design?

There is an item (materia) in the game that makes your party members to actually fight. Not fight better. Just fight with using skills they have. It should not even be an item, just an option in the menu. Go spend about 5 hours if you are lucky just to unlock this "option". Or download trainer. It's funny how 28 years ago you could just play a game, but now you can't even run it properly without fixes, mods and cheats just to enjoy it. And you still don't really enjoy it.

Spend hours of your time just to unlock quick travel.

Mind numbing puzzles with no reason WHY?

Unfortunately the game is ruined with their Limited banners require to clear hard event event content and rankings. To include them moving the weapons on first page to 2nd page. + more Limited banners. No gems to use by F2P and fairly new players. Most likely this game Shutting Down very very soon with this back-to-back-to-back-to-back Limited banners. 2nd year of the game and this is how bad it becomes. No QoL improvement for new players to quickly catch up No permanent Mini-Games No decent amount of Gems to counter Limited amount of banners. No way to get banner U.W. coz they disappear in a month and has 0.1% on appearing on other banners. Can't pity coz you need to wait months if it will ever come back. No answer to cheating players in Rankings No fix on random title screens during co-op No fix on Regular Co-Op battles were New players can't find anyone coz they don't put AI or Hirable players since the Co-Op offers negligible rewards with the fast power creeping content.

Never understood why Tidus had such a goofy smile on his face here, like he was going to Disneyland or something. But he knew what was coming... that was nothing to be happy about.

I got this ad 3-4 times today and now I feel like getting the platinum for this game!

Maybe it's my rig but when you look around quickly even just doing a standstill 360 assests will pop in and out at a staggering rate. I do have the background detail to ultra I know that can improve things but a patch is needed honestly sometimes it's to the point where I just stop the game and want to experience it right way first go around.

While the exchange between the group and Heidegger is pretty good, I think the sequence overall is too dragged-out compared to the original and I see what people meant about the music. Cloud throwing his sword at the window to pre-break it feels overthought and is _less_ dramatic than just crashing through would be. I think instead of the sword throw fakeout, it would have been better to have the hapless Shinra soldier uselessly firing and demanding they stop and then having to dive out of the way right before Cloud's bike hits the window.

Man, i wish newer,latest, and upcoming final fantasy have the same vibe as ff7 or ff8. Fun, funny, and not so dark story. No wonder why this remake is much more popular than the ff16.

I think this video demonstrates what I really disliked about FFVII Remake: Vast swaths of the game were irrelevant to the story being told. Notice how there is nothing in the official recap from Wall Market, the trainyard, going to Jessie's house, etc... Hours of mandatory gameplay that ultimately don't matter. Just bloat.
