It would've been pretty cool to change Blue's starting mon as well for these attempts. A real human wouldn't lead with a Pidgeot against a Pikachu 25 levels higher after losing 100k times, I am guessing :p

On top of the suggestion to do a lv 50 version, I would also suggest combining the trainers in rby with the gsc ones (under gsc rules). This way we can see if oak/champion blue could beat red/gym leader blue.

Daaaaang, I was really expecting Blue to have beaten red once in the 600,000+ battles. I assume it's actually possible given Red missing every attack he can, and blue critting every attack. and as rare as that would be, 600,000 chances probably got a good chunk of the way there. I can't blame you for not continuing, but I'm curious how long it takes to generate a hundred thousand battles, and I'm also curious if looking at the actual numbers and the attacks the AI can use if it is actually possible.

She also managed to defeat second-place Charizard Champion Green as her greatest victory. Lorelei would probably be pretty strong, if she could figure out that Rest doesn't do any damage

Man Misty came really close to beating Lance. Just a bit more damage on Aerodactyl and she'd have it (Lapras obviously beats Charizard). Sadly, her lower levels and DVs fail her. (I checked, a higher damage roll doesn't KO, she'd need a crit).
