"There are ways to make this manageable... for money." Paying for the equivalent of a supportive friend at a premium to make it manageable. No thanks, i think i'll just give everyone shit and enforce on them what they enforce on me.

Seeking professional counselling is certainly one avenue, and yes that is a privilege. However, there are many free resources out there as well - this very series being one of them!

Great content, thanks for your efforts. I do have some feedback to give though, I wasn't engaged half of the time because of the lengthened and repeated speech. The same point has been repeated at least for 11 minutes just in different forms, and that felt as if the video is meant for kids or for people with low comprehension abilities. I acknowledge that the intended effect is to absorb the informations better but with all honesty it was hard to keep listening, was it worth it? Yes but it could be improved as well. Once again great content, I appreciate it.

Thank you so much for reaching out. I really appreciate your feedback; I really want to create content that not only resonates but also is engaging. I’m trying to figure out the balance between being clear and succinct while still allowing listeners the time to digest. My hope is that listeners can take away something of value that leads to change in their own life.
