Knew the Air Force implemented this back in 2019 or so. Not sure why they added E-7's to it but sure am interested in how that's affected the mission over the last 5 years.

1967 I chased prisoners from Long Beach to Camp Pendleton.Long Beach was pretty strict but Pendleton was a draconian place and there was no rehabilitation and prisoners there had miserable time. Brutal. I felt sorry for the prisoner for i knew the shit that waited them. Long Beach was bad, Pendleton was hell.

In the Navy’s latest war on combatting racial discrimination, a FY23 Commander Reserve Supply Corps promotion board, ensured that the Full Time Support “in-zone” selectees were 100% Hispanic; this board also ensured that only 10% of eligible white men and 0% of those classified as Black or Asian selected. That selection board also had an eye on gender discrimination! Not missing a beat, it did not promote any females “below the zone” in the regular Reserve promotion; overall that board sought fit to only promote 11% of the “in-zone” females. Oh, did I mention that the board was comprised of 40% Hispanics, and overall 60% or more minority (overall), and 80% males?! ****Just my hunch- but sounds like a redo of this board is in order.

In the past few months, since I've started using eNavfit, at least HALF the time the eNavfit links on BOL have been non-functional. I'm referring to the "eNavfit program" link and the "document services" link, which is another way to get to eNavfit. When they are down, there is NEVER any status bar, warning message, or any such communication that tells the user that eNavfit is down, so the user is left to wonder whether he went to the right site, whether he has a problem on his end, etc., and ends up wasting more time trying to assess the situation. I have NEVER seen any messages in e-mail or on any Navy site that give the status of eNavfit or expected down-time. When this happens, this either delays my and others' time-critical work OR it forces be to revert to Navfit98a and mailing paper to Pers.

Allow me to add the form conversation: What is she doing?! The words are correct... but the video does not match at all. A little bit of homework or a 10 minute conversation with someone who has rowed a few times would have resolved that. Or better yet, use someone who rows in the video. Form is critical... not just for getting a decent time, but also for not hurting your back. Negative training value here. I recommend a redo.

I think a good way to improve MNA would be to integrate email features more with the website. For instance, receiving an email whenever a bookmarked job goes from closed to open (or vice-versa) or when the cycle is about to close.

Getting into the tank seems to be 100% based on an individual’s opinion about your record. Is there not a point system in place to grade once’s qualifications? Being in the navy for over 15 years we all know that the evaluation process needs work. It’s difficult to know that many Sailors are on the deck plate giving more than 100% daily and not get promoted and to see unfit individuals get advanced or should I say slip through the cracks.
