I've never seen this person, or his content before this. He's very intriguing to me. From how he speaks to/about himself and almost...looks for slight approval from the trainer. It's interesting for some stuff focusing helps, but then for other stuff, I've noticed that if I think about it I'm worried if I think of something else and do it on autopilot I do much better. Years ago when I was doing my driving courses I noticed that if I just don't think on it too much I'm fine, but if I do I always overthink it and am too worried and I make mistakes.
