Theoretically, they can continue to grow stronger forever, as long as they train or fight strong opponents. So yeah, if they run out of people to fight and things to train then, yeah… they’ll be at a bottleneck, but the same exact thing can be said about both Saitama and Garou. The only difference is that the Saiyan’s in Dragon Ball don’t exactly have a shortage of people to fight or spar against. That and their enemies typically grow stronger with them. Unlike in OPM where there’s a strong enemy and then that’s it, one punch and they’re gone. Not a lot of room for growth if all of your enemies are subpar at best. The only being even remotely capable of matching his was Garou and he still lost. Leaving Saitama at a bottleneck for his strength, just like the Saiyan’s. But rather than Saitama’s linear progression, Saiyan’s are given massive boosts and multipliers to their strength. Continuously pushing them ahead by a considerable margin each time.
