Way too much parsley

I didn't find the video too long. With the price of food these days, I would never dump all those vegetables into a single dish. I'm sure it would taste good with half the ingredients.

Dish looks good but your knife skills are bordering on dangerous

It looks very tasty and healthy. I would do 2 things differently however. First, it seems like a pastry brush would be most efficient to apply the sauce to the chicken. Second, my preference is just a sprinkle of parsley to garnish. But still, a lovely meal.
