Did you find with the 14" WB that you often felt like your weight was landing too far on the nose, like almost going into an un intentional nose manual which can throw off landings? oor just that the board felt very short like sometimes with ollies etc your front foot would over shoot as if there was not enough nose?

Yeah definitely, especially if paired with Indy's. The board can feel a little squirly.

thunder has a serious problem with the bushings idk why they crack, i dont have that problem with indy or ace . is it the thunder geometry that breaks the bushings or are the bushings just bad

Gonna have to try this. I got some stock indy bushings and need to replace the bushings on my 148 thunder lights. If it works then it’ll save me a trip. 😅

I have the 93’s on 2 different boards. Got 54mm on Thunder light 148’s and 8.125 deck. Then 58mm on Thunder hollow light 149’s and 8.25 deck. I love them so far. Never skated F4 99’s or 101’s. But they don’t feel softer than Spitfire 99 standards. They’re smoother but they slide easier so I’m not really sure how it works that way?

Exactement avec mes trucks thunder le brushing du haut a été complètement écrasé alors j'ai acheté des bouchons hard Independent que j'ai mis au-dessus tout en gardant les bushing de base en dessous et c'est hyper réactif

Man im on an 8.38 Baker right now. I really want 8.0 board. Ive ridden two Deathwish 8.25 boards and it felt like a good in between but id still like experiment something smaller. Edit: Just got an 8.0 Deathwish and I feel like my skating and pop has increased tremendously!

Hey man. sick vid. One question: Would you say these wheels are good for a filmer setup? Looking for control and speed but particularly quietness. I don't like my actual filmer setup, with super soft cruiser wheels, because I can't catch up with the skater as he usually goes faster with his 99s. But it's super silent, which is nice on the mic. And as a skater I don't have the same control as with my usual 8.125/147s/53mm 99a. I.m planning on getting these wheels for a 8.25 setup with 148 thunders and riser pads. In this way I can also play around and do casual tricks on my filmer days. I'd love to hear your thoughts on this. Cheers!

Not sure - you would have to try and see. I would think big soft wheels would be faster?

@@fiore_adriano it’s more of an old school size, ace classic 44s are 8.38 and independent stage 4s have a 146 bc they used the original sizing instead of the more modern and standard 8.5 or 8.25. most trucks don’t come in a 8.38 axel length but some truck companies offer it

Still getting used to baker og mellow 8.25 on 52mm wheels and Indy trucks. Crazy how much different it feels to my 8.0 symmetrical deck with 58mm wheels which felt tall and edgy but super snappy. Just gotta get used to the baker since I dropped a lot on a brand new setup. Almost wanted to throw the board because of how frustrated I was on first session w it but ur video made me realize I gotta chill and give it some more time. Dope vid!

I'm skating the Quattro's currently. For the most part love them, but there's 2 things i didn't like about them. The mesh on the side ripped in like the second session, I had to shoegoo a piece of suede to stop it from ripping there. And also I felt like the toe is a bit too pointy. I'm more used to shoes with a rounder toe, but that's just me
