Yes you can put the resistor between high and low but it's much easier with the adapter.

I have 2005 pathfinder I just got, has no spark no injector pulse, but does prime /run the fuel pump. I disconnect cam sensor ,makes no difference. Also no codes come up.

You got to check your can bus wires the 6 and the 9 could be confusing so switch it around and see

Hey Brother. I bought a 2007 Xterra with a crank/no start condition the previous owner replaced all of the cam/crank sensors and still doesn't run. He did the timing chains guides and tensioners about 20k miles ago, then left him stranded at work one day. Haven't tested the injection yet, but know for certain there is no spark. I can hear the fuel pump running and smell fuel when cranking, confirmed no spark and has no codes, cranking sounds like has compression. Does it matter which cam sensor I disconnect for this particular test to make it run? Anything else that would cause a crank/no spark on these VQ motors I could've overlooked?

When you read the data from the old one you should save it then you load the data on the new one and then you write it to new TCM. I use autel for this programming its much easier with autel.

I bought a second hand gearbox with the same part number, I went to erase gearbox and now I have the personalised and activated NO. But when I click load and select old filed it doesn't do anything. You do not have to connect the k1 and K2 but in my video I did not connect the K2 but if you want you could connect it . but I did not use K2 and it still communicate.

What I realized in some autel 's it l does not do automatic pin code calculation on some cars . All you should do is i d the car and going to NATS.
