Hey, I have the same tool but can't figure out how to write the data from the old tcu to the new one. I bought a second hand gearbox with the same part number, I went to erase gearbox and now I have the personalised and activated NO. But when I click load and select old filed it doesn't do anything. Can you tell me what I need to do next. Tia

When you read the data from the old one you should save it then you load the data on the new one and then you write it to new TCM. I use autel for this programming its much easier with autel.

I tried to connect, and it says " failed to enter the service mode , please whats your advice ?

You got to check your can bus wires the 6 and the 9 could be confusing so switch it around and see

@@markdasparkauto1780 I inter changed them and still thesame , on my wire the 9 has a little dash sign under it , so basically I did it right
